The government announced that family of every missing person will get 5 million rupees. It will help them in legal and financial terms.
In February, Islamabad High Court instruct government to solve the matter of the missing person. So earlier this week government make a committee which included top officials of the armed forces and intelligence service. In this committee it was decided that family of very missing person will get 5 million rupees. So, their families may get some relief.
The official explained that relatives of those who’ve disappeared struggle financially. Recognizing these hardships, government leaders opted to offer immediate assistance, but only after carefully verifying each case.
He also said that the package that we are giving is not a compensation, there is no compensation to the human life. This package is a support to the families.
