A Bank account should be opened where international payments are supported, and you should have a card, a debit or credit card with a limit of almost three million a month because all of your costs like insurance, fees, visa fees, accommodation charges, all type of payments will be made through this card.
2. Bank Statement.
It is better to start making your bank statement before you apply to the course because when you apply for the visa, the embassy will ask you to submit your bank statement with a 28-day maturity date; this means that you have had a specific amount in your bank account for 28 days. According to the official site of the Australian Immigration Department, you have to show 24505 Australian Dollars in your savings/bank statement.
