According to ISPR, Security forces and Police held a joint operation in Peshawar. They killed a commander (Abdul Rahim) of terrorist organization along with its two operatives.
Abdul Rahim was highly wanted by law enforcement agencies and government had also set a booty of 6 million on his head. He was also responsible for the martyrdom of Captain Jahangir and Havildar Shafiquallh who martyred on 26 May 2024.
During the firing, and fierce operation Captain Idris, Sepoy Badam Gul, Sub-inspector Tajmeer Shah and assistant sub-inspector Muhmmad Akram were martyred.
