Hezbollah has confirmed that its leader, Hassan Nasrallah, was killed in extensive Israeli airstrikes on Beirut on September 27. Despite this significant loss, Hezbollah pledged to continue its fight against Israel.
On September 28, the Israeli military announced that it had successfully targeted and killed Nasrallah, along with Ali Karki, commander of Hezbollah’s southern front, and several other commanders.
In a statement on X, Avichay Adraee, the Arabic spokesman for the Israeli Defense Forces, emphasized, “The message is clear: We will reach everyone who threatens the citizens of Israel in the north, in the south, and on more distant fronts.”
The Israeli Defense Forces also declared, “Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorize the world.”
Additionally, sources reported that Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been moved to a secure location amid increased security measures.
