The Pakistani Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, has amended its previous rulings in the Mubarak Sani case. Responding to an urgent government request, the court removed paragraphs 7 and 42 from its February 6 and July 24 judgments.
During the proceedings, Chief Justice Isa emphasized the court’s willingness to rectify mistakes, stating, “We’re not infallible. When errors occur, the focus should be on correction rather than controversy.”
