I Was Ousted from Power for Refusing to Give US Control of Saint Martin’s Island,

I was ousted from power for refusing to give US control of Saint Martin’s Island, which would allow them to dominate the Bay of Bengal.

Sheikh Hasina Wajid, the ex-PM of Bangladesh, said that if I had wanted to i would have remained in power. But, due to the riots and the dead bodies of the protesters, I considered it right to leave the power.

She further said, the US ousted me from power because they wanted to take control of Saint Martin’s Island; this would allow them to control the Bay of Bengal, but i refused to do so.
