The Syrian forces are on the verge of regaining control of the strategic Al-Omar oil refinery from the United States-backed forces, according to reports. Syrian Tribes forces initiate a large scale operation for this. They had surrounded it from many days and the attacks are being made from both sides.
US helicopters targeted the Syrian forces in various ares. US forces brought reinforcement in the field forces but the conditions are favoring the Syrian forces.
Al-Omar oil field is the biggest refinery in Syria, if the forces took the full control, it will be the biggest setback to the US-coalition.
