A member of Punjab Assembly and PML(n), Raheela Khadim Hussain, has submitted a resolution in Punjab Assembly to take action against “digital terrorism”. It is stated in the resolution that digital terrorism is increasing in Pakistan, which is eroding the moral, political and social basis of our country. They attack and harass officers and their families. It is also stated in the resolution that social media vloggers are doing dirty games on the intentions of one party.
Resolution said that, the digital terrorism should be stopped by force and the people involved in it should be exposed and punished.
Last week, ISPR did a conference and label those, who are talking against the institutions and government as “Digital Terrorists”. Imran Khan in reply to this said that those who do not even know a single word about social media are belling its users a “Digital Terrorists”.
