Aati chakki association has announced its support for Flour Mills

After a nationwide strike by flour mills protesting the federal government’s imposed withholding tax, the Aata Chakki Association has also announced a strike in solidarity with the flour mills. Talks between the flour mills association and the government have failed miserably. The flour mills association has warned that if the government does not withdraw the tax, the price of a 20 kg bag of flour will rise to Rs. 2500 per bag.
