Flour mills, nanbai association and Grocery Merchant Association to go on strike from today for an indefinite period. They said that the additional taxes that are implemented in the budget 2024 will increase the price of flour by 8 RS per kg. Flour is the only commodity that is available on lower rates for the public. If govt. did not eradicate the taxes then people won’t be able to afford it.
